Gloria ???Boots??? Wagner, 78, of Fostoria, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, at Good Shepherd Home in Fostoria. She was born June 6, 1929, in Fostoria to the late Blaine and Elva (Coleman) Goodale. She married Robert Wagner in Fostoria Oct. 16, 1948, and he preceded her in death in November of 1998.
